BEST IN CLASS - 2 IN A ROW!!!

HHS BAND NEWS!:
Congratulations to the Hueytown High School Band for earning the “Best in Class” award in 3A category on Saturday, October 24th at the Pinson Valley Band Competition. They received “Superior Rating” and was the highest scoring Band! We are so proud of the color guard and band!!!! They all did GREAT!!!

HHS Band Trip Announcement - CHICAGO!

$125 Deposit due Tuesday, 10/20/09!!!

Travel with the HUEYTOWN HIGH SCHOOL BAND to MUSIC IN THE PARKS, CHICAGO, IL Wednesday, April 28 thru Sunday, May 2, 2010.

To reserve your spot, each student and chaperone must send a deposit of $125 to Mrs. Brantley by Tuesday, October 20th. The deposit is non-refundable and will secure your spot for the trip. We'll be sending further details about the trip and the remaining payment deadlines soon.

Thanks - How many children do you have? What grades are they in? What are their names?

We have one daughter, Lindsey. She is in the 10th grade. She plays trombone in the band.

I can't believe Becky hasn't contacted you already. She must be getting Dalton off to Alabama so I'm sure she will get with you soon. I have no idea if she has anyone else from the other booster clubs yet to help with PTA. I did save you a BoxTops from my Hamburger Helper though just in case! Did you send Becky an email?

The clean up went well. We had 13 show up! So the concession stand is ready to go!
